Yes, concessions and bars open when doors open. Guests can enjoy an assortment of soft drinks, wine, beer, and premium liquor. Food options include a curated assortment of sweet and savory snack concessions.

The Riviera is a cash-less venue. All food & beverage purchases must be made on a credit card.

Where is the best place to park near The Riviera?

We recommend parking at Majestic Square Parking Garage, 211 King Street, Charleston, SC 29401. The fee is $9 per 30min.

Is The Riviera open to all ages?

Each event differs in terms of being family friendly. Unless specified on the show ticket or show page, The Riviera welcomes guests of all ages.

All children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone.

Any child who is four years of age or older requires a ticket for admittance into The Riviera. Those younger than four can enter for free as long as they sit on an adult’s lap.

Where can I find a seating chart?

Each seat layout varies per show. If a show has a ‘General Admission’ section on the floor, please note that this means standing-room-only general admission. You can view each show’s layout by visiting Ticketmaster.com

Is photography permitted at the shows?

This depends on the show. Please check the specific show page for more details. If photography is allowed we ask that you please keep the flash and sound off.

What is the bag policy at The Riviera?

The theater requires bag searches upon entry and re-entry.

Do you offer in-person ticket sales or does it have to be digital?

Ticketmaster.com is the official ticket marketplace of The Riviera. In-person ticket sales are not available at this time. The Riviera does not have an in-person box office.

Please note: The venue will not be held responsible for the authenticity of tickets purchased through third-party websites.

I can’t make it anymore. How do I resell my ticket?

The best procedure is to request a refund through Ticketmaster.

 Our ticket management team will get a notification once submitted and have the ability to approve it.

We cannot stop any patrons from reselling tickets on different platforms, however we have  seen issues of ticket fraud and do not guarantee any tickets not purchased through Ticketmaster for this reason.

There is a strict no-smoking policy inside The Riviera.

Do you allow custom messages on your marquee?

If you rent The Riviera for a private event, we’d love to put up a custom (and appropriate) message on our marquee! Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate custom marquee messages outside contracted events at the theater.
